Venues need to be grab and hold patrons. You know how the venue should sound, look and feel at different times of the day. The opening crowd, lunch diners, the 3pm tradesmen, dinner guests, the after 8’s and the after 10’s all have different needs.

Staff control the venue by using touchpanels, keypads and/or from a computers. Touch panels are customised to reflect your venue and make it simple for staff to use. If a patron requests keno on a screen in the dining room or a punter wants the results for a race in the TAB, any staff member can make it happen with the minimum of training.

Control Gadgets venue control software has presets that put the venue into states at certain times. The presets are initially setup by us, but can be maintained by managers or staff. Storing and recalling presets can be protected by a PIN code, preventing unauthorised bar staff or patrons from doing the wrong thing. Presets can be triggered in individual areas, groups of areas or over the whole venue.

Examples of presets are:

• Opening (9:50)
• Lunch
• Afternoon
• Dinner
• Evening
• Nightclub
• Special events (Melbourne cup)
• End of night
• Cleanup (Bright lights no TVs)

These presets can include

• house lighting levels,
• Feature (DMX) lighting color/mode
• audio levels and source
• video sources (Teletext channels)

Presets can be manually triggered or triggered by time.

Control Gadgets Venue control software is designed to run on AMX and Crestron control system hardware and is compatible with Dynalite, C-Bus, Crestron lighting, Peavey and Audia DSP’s, Autopatch, Kramer, Extron switchers. Other peripherals can be included on request.
